Raw Chocolate Fudge Donuts:
1 cup medjool dates
3 tbsp cocoa 1/2 cup walnuts 3/4 cup almonds 1tsp vanilla 1/2 tsp Turmeric 1/2 tsp salt
Peanut Butter Drizzle:
1/4 cup Peanut Butter 2.5 Tbsp Coconut Oil 1 Tbsp Honey or Maple Syrup
Grease with coconut oil a silicone or metal donut pan. If you donuthave one, donutworry! ( see what I did there??) You can shape the dough into a donut shape!
Put all donut ingredients into a food processor and blend until well combined.
Fill the donut pan with the dough, or shape into little circles with your hands and place on a greased pan or plate.
Place in the freezer for half an hour to set.
While that sets, mix the Peanut Drizzle ingredients together and warm so they melt. You can do this by heating in a saucepan on low. It won't take long at all.
Take the donuts out of the freezer and pop out of the pan and put on to a plate. Use a spoon to drizzle the peanut butter over the donuts and cover them well. Stick these back in the freezer so the Peanut Butter solidifies again.

These should be kept in the fridge or freezer in an air tight container. They'll keep for 4-5 days in the fridge, for a month in the freezer.
Two of these make a great treat for the week!! Hope you enjoy them!
